With the cold weather approaching, nothing seems more perfect for dinner than a hearty soup. This recipe is sure to warm you from the inside out!!
I came across whole grain tortellini at Whole Foods which got the the hamster wheel rolling. I was thinking of making a traditional tortellini with a fresh tomato sauce but I wanted to do a little something different, a way to create a more balanced dish. This recipe came together in no time and included some nutritious, wholesome ingredients such as kale, cannelini beans and tomatoes. This is definitely a dish I'm going to make regularly!! So delicious and super easy!!
