Ingredients: 12 large precooked shrimp 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1 large avocado, sliced 2 cups mixed greens
For the salad dressing: juice from half of a lime 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp chili powder 1 tbsp dried cilantro 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp salt
Directions: Prepare precooked shrimp accordingly and place in a large bowl In a separate bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the salad dressing Pour half of the salad dressing mixture onto the precooked shrimp and allow it to sit for 10 minutes Wash and slice avocados, tomatoes and mixed greens and put into a large salad bowl. Mix in the remainder of the dressing. Top with shrimp and serve!
