Ooey Gooey Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been playing around with different ingredients, attempting to create that melt-in-your-mouth cookie sensation, but with a healthy twist! Drum roll please.... I now present to you these deliciously oooey goooey double chocolate cookies! I served them for this year's Superbowl and they were a HUGE hit!

Yields 12 cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oat flour 
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 egg (whisked)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, peanut butter, egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar and coconut sugar
3) Add remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips and mix thoroughly
4) Fold in chocolate chips
5) Scoop about 2 tbsp of the cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet, making round balls (this should yield 12 cookies)
6) Bake for 12 minutes
