I've used Ezekial Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Whole Grain Bread. This is my absolute FAVORITE bread. It is made of sprouted grains, it's gluten free, vegan friendly, yeast free, and high in fiber. They have many different types of foods from breads to buns to pasta, all in which I highly suggest!
Yields 6 servings: Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas 1 cup medjool dates 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tsp cinnamon 8 slices of Ezekial 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, cubed 3/4 cup coconut milk Pam Coconut Oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with Pam Coconut Oil In a microwavable bowl, add 1 cup medjool dates and 1/3 cup water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Mash and whisk into a paste like substance Place the cubed Ezekial bread in a large bowl Add the bananas, almond milk, date paste and cinnamon to your blender. Mix well. Pour the mixture on top of your Ezekial Bread. Mix to coat Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and pour the coconut milk over top Bake for 35-40 minutes.
