My favorite Friday night pastime is curling up to a good movie in my cozy king size bed covered in fuzzy blankets, my duvet, and tons of pillows! The problem is that I can never decide whether I want a treat that is sweet or salty!! With this chocolate peanut butter popcorn recipe, you can have the best of both worlds, all in one bowl! Ingredients
8 cups freshly popped popcorn 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 1 tbsp coconut oil Directions: 1) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread freshly popped popcorn on top 2) In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil. (Keep on low and stir often to prevent the chocolate from burning) 3) Drizzle the chocolate mixture on top of the popcorn 4) Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
