Yields 25 balls
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2)Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
3) Scoop about 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands
3) Chill in the fridge for 1 hour
4) Store in the fridge in an air tight container
